Practice Highlights
- Full 24/7 operational accountability for the Cardiac Telemetry nursing department, including continuous assessment, improvement, coordination, and integration of department services and standards of care

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years of direct supervisory experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required (or equivalent experience)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Demonstrated competency in budget management, staff development, regulatory compliance (JCAHO), and patient satisfaction improvement initiatives
