About the Community
Pennington sits in Mercer County, NJ — positioned squarely between New York City and Philadelphia, with both cities accessible within an hour. The area places Capital Health just a 15-minute drive from historic Newtown, PA in Bucks County, one of the most sought-after residential corridors in the mid-Atlantic, known for its top-rated public schools, five-star dining, distinctive shopping districts, and a rapidly emerging wine region. The Jersey Shore is also within easy reach, and the region's low cost of living relative to the major metros on either side makes it an exceptionally practical choice for physicians relocating with families.
