This employed position offers a structured schedule within a large, collaborative hospital medicine program serving a high-acuity urban patient population.

Practice Highlights
- Join a robust hospital medicine team of 42 hospitalist physicians and APPs

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, histories, and physical exams for hospitalized patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies including imaging and laboratory tests

- Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards and evidence-based protocols
Qualifications
- ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency completion required
- ABIM board certification required
- Active Texas Medical License and DEA required
- Minimum of two (2) years of hospitalist experience in a Level I Trauma Center required
