Practice Highlights
- Lead-level billing role with active involvement in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and daily workflow organization for the billing team
- Responsible for timely charge entry and daily claim filing with audit trail management
- Processes Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), payments, and adjustments on a daily basis

- Operates within a HIPAA-compliant environment with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards
- Works in alignment with corporate compliance standards, including the Code of Conduct and applicable federal and state billing regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of four years of hands-on medical billing experience required
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, resolve payer and patient balance issues, and support team-level operations
- Working knowledge of ERA processing, charge entry, claim filing, audit trails, and credit balance management
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare privacy standards
