Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency; fellowship training in cardiac or subspecialty anesthesia is a plus but not required
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain (licensure assistance provided)
- Cardiac anesthesia proficiency required — must be willing to manage cardiac cases with echocardiographic guidance; formal TEE certification not mandatory
- Comfort with a high-acuity, diverse case mix including trauma, OB, pediatrics, and neurological procedures
