Medical City Arlington — a 493-bed, Level II Trauma Center and DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center in Arlington, Texas — is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join an established, high-volume group in one of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex's most decorated acute care facilities. The department sees 106,000 annual patient visits across a state-of-the-art 50-bed ED, with robust subspecialty backup, dedicated scribes, and a 24-bed Neuro ICU on campus. This is a W-2 employed position with an RVU-based compensation model and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Comfort managing the full acuity spectrum of a Level II Trauma, high-volume community ED including stroke, chest pain, and trauma presentations
