This W-2 leadership role carries full operational and academic authority over both the Adult and Pediatric EDs at this 762-bed Level I Trauma Center, flagship of the Atlantic Health System. The successful candidate will steward a 110,000-visit annual volume, an active EM residency, three EM fellowships, and a robust research enterprise — all within 40 minutes of New York City.

Qualifications
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) required
- Minimum of 15 years of Emergency Medicine experience spanning both clinical operations and academic medicine
- Demonstrated prior experience leading and developing EM residency and/or fellowship programs
- Proven track record running EM operations at a high-volume or academic center
- Eligibility for New Jersey physician licensure
