Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its Med/Surg unit at a 217-bed acute care hospital that has anchored the northwest Phoenix metro since 1988. Qualifications

  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
  • Current CPR certification required; ACLS as applicable by department
  • One year of acute care experience preferred; specialty certification in area of practice preferred
  • Proficiency in a fast-paced inpatient environment with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Unit-specific certification requirements apply for other departments on campus (ACLS upon orientation completion for ER, ICU, Telemetry, Cardiac Cath Lab, and L&D; PALS/ENPC within 90 days for ER; NRP upon orientation completion for postpartum, nursery, and L&D; Advanced Fetal Monitoring within six months for L&D; minimum two years Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator for Level II EQ; bariatric or wound/ostomy certification as applicable)
