Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in the State of Arizona required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience preferred; specialty certification in area of practice preferred
- Current CPR certification required; ACLS required or must be obtained within six months of hire (PACU track); PALS preferred for PACU-adjacent roles
- Basic computer skills required; proficiency in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team
- Excellent customer service orientation with a patient- and family-centered approach to care
