Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Valid permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; candidates holding a compact-state RN license must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within the orientation period
  • Additional unit-specific certifications required within the orientation period (determined by CV ICU requirements)
  • 2–3 years of acute care or comparable clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred
