Practice Highlights

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required
  • Active PA licensure in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • DEA eligibility required
  • Additional certifications as required by the facility's Medical Staff Bylaws and applicable governing board standards
  • Comfort with outpatient urology procedures including urodynamics and biopsy techniques preferred
