<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida (minimum requirement); education recognized by the State of Florida as qualifying for RN licensure</li> <li>BSN preferred</li> <li>Minimum two years of experience as a staff nurse; prior charge nurse experience preferred</li> <li>Required certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI</li> <li>CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred but not required</li> <li>ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) strongly encouraged</li> <li>Basic computer skills required</li> </ul>
