Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
  • Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; compact-state license holders must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
  • ACLS and NIHSS certifications required; must be completed within the orientation period
  • RN-C (Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse) or CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred
  • Clinical proficiency in systematic patient assessment, evidence-based decision-making, and written care plan development in a surgical or trauma environment
