Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is recruiting an experienced RN Manager to lead Cardiovascular Services at its 479-bed full-service academic medical center on Park Avenue in Memphis, TN. This is a unit-level leadership role with 24/7 accountability for a high-acuity cardiovascular service line within a nationally recognized Heart & Vascular Center. Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred
  • Active RN licensure in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain current applicable state licensure/permit)
  • Nursing experience with a minimum of one year of progressive management experience in a hospital setting — as a formal leader or full-time charge nurse in a comparable role
  • BLS certification required upon hire
  • ACLS certification required within three months of hire (applicable to cardiovascular nursing leadership)
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice at the unit level
