Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred
- Active RN licensure in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain current applicable state licensure/permit)
- Nursing experience with a minimum of one year of progressive management experience in a hospital setting — as a formal leader or full-time charge nurse in a comparable role
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within three months of hire (applicable to cardiovascular nursing leadership)
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice at the unit level
