<p>Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is recruiting an experienced RN Manager to lead Cardiovascular Services at its 479-bed full-service academic medical center on Park Avenue in Memphis, TN. This is a unit-level leadership role with 24/7 accountability for a high-acuity cardiovascular service line within a nationally recognized Heart &amp; Vascular Center. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain current applicable state licensure/permit)</li> <li>Nursing experience with a minimum of one year of progressive management experience in a hospital setting — as a formal leader or full-time charge nurse in a comparable role</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within three months of hire (applicable to cardiovascular nursing leadership)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice at the unit level</li> </ul>
