Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee required
  • BLS certification required upon hire
  • ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire (applicable to Med/Surg/Tele RNs)
  • Comfort with per-shift clinical assessment, care plan development, nursing intervention delivery, and accurate clinical documentation across all assigned patient records
  • Ability to perform procedures within the Med-Surg specialty service area
