This is a direct patient care role with shift-level accountability for assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care across a multidisciplinary team. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Active Tennessee RN license or valid permit to practice</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS required within 3 months of hire for Med/Surg/Tele RNs (as well as ED, ICU, Stepdown, Float Pool, Same Day Surgery, OR, PACU, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, L&amp;D, Cardiac Care, Cardiac Rehab, and Cardiac Cath Lab positions)</li> <li>CPI certification required within 3 months of hire for ED RNs, Behavioral Health RNs, and Float Pool RNs floating to Behavioral Health or ED</li> <li>PALS required within 3 months of hire for ED RNs and Float Pool RNs floating to the ED</li> </ul>
