<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; 2- or 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Medical Administration, or a related field preferred</li> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or closely related environment</li> <li>5 or more years of Patient Access experience preferred</li> <li>2 or more years in a supervisory or lead role preferred</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of healthcare information systems and computer applications</li> <li>Clear understanding of Revenue Cycle Management principles and applicable regulatory agency requirements</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills</li> <li>Must meet all applicable pre-employment vaccination and screening requirements, which may include COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations</li> </ul>
