<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum</li> <li>Minimum of two years of experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency department nursing preferred</li> <li>Monitor experience or completion of an EKG course (or Learnshare equivalent) required</li> <li>Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a Compact state license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and CPI required — must be completed within the orientation period</li> <li>ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred</li> <li>Must be willing and able to float between both the Rock Hill and Fort Mill campuses as needed</li> </ul>
