<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required</li> <li>Minimum two years of acute care experience required — acceptable backgrounds include critical care, Emergency Department, PCU, or ICU</li> <li>Cardiac monitor experience or completion of an EKG course (including Learnshare module) required</li> <li>Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a Multi-State license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and CPI certification required — must be completed within the orientation period</li> <li>ENPC, TNCC, and CEN certifications preferred</li> <li>Must be willing and able to float between both the Rock Hill and Fort Mill campuses as needed</li> </ul>
