Practice Highlights
- Float Pool assignment covering two acute care campuses: Piedmont Medical Rock Hill and Piedmont Medical Fort Mill

Qualifications
- Minimum education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Minimum two years of acute care experience required — acceptable backgrounds include critical care, Emergency Department, PCU, or ICU
- Cardiac monitor experience or completion of an EKG course (including Learnshare module) required
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a Multi-State license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and CPI certification required — must be completed within the orientation period
- ENPC, TNCC, and CEN certifications preferred
- Must be willing and able to float between both the Rock Hill and Fort Mill campuses as needed
