This is a direct-care RN role with charge nurse responsibilities, embedded in a facility recognized for cardiac care leadership — the first hospital in Palm Beach County to perform open-heart surgery — and supported by a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for qualified candidates. Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire — must be through the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire or transfer date — American Heart Association only
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer date
- Competency with telemetry monitoring, skin integrity assessment, fall risk assessment, and pain management protocols
