This is a direct-care RN role with charge nurse responsibilities, embedded in a facility recognized for cardiac care leadership — the first hospital in Palm Beach County to perform open-heart surgery — and supported by a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for qualified candidates. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Florida RN license required upon hire</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire — must be through the American Heart Association</li> <li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire or transfer date — American Heart Association only</li> <li>NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer date</li> <li>Competency with telemetry monitoring, skin integrity assessment, fall risk assessment, and pain management protocols</li> </ul>
