Qualifications
- Active Texas State Registered Nurse license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant discipline or specialty
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible nursing management experience preferred
- Specialty or nursing administration certification preferred (e.g., CCRN, NEA-BC, NE-BC)
- Active AHA or ARC Healthcare Provider BLS certification required at hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS specifically required within 60 days of hire
