<p>Mission Trail Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas is recruiting a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support direct and indirect technical care across surgical and obstetric procedures spanning the full age continuum. This is a hands-on scrub role within a large, faith-based health system with more than 120 years of community presence, six full-service hospitals, a specialized children's hospital, a comprehensive cancer care network, and a dedicated School of Health Professions. Candidates who are new graduates are welcome — no prior experience is required to be considered.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from a DOE- or CHEA-accredited surgical technology program required</li> <li>Active certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or as a TS-C (Technician in Surgery–Certified) through the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)</li> <li>Active Healthcare Provider BLS certification on hire (ARC or AHA accepted); AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire if not already held</li> <li>No prior experience required; one year of experience as a Surgical or OB Technologist in an acute care or ambulatory setting is preferred</li> </ul>
