Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (candidates actively pursuing a Master's degree will be considered)
- 3–5 years of experience in an acute care facility required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiovascular or a related specialty area required
- Management or leadership experience in an acute care setting required
- Respiratory Therapy clinical background preferred
- Active RN licensure required; compact-state RN license holders must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire — a valid permanent Multi-State RN License is preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association) required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire if not already current
