Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program — meets CLIA High Complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
  • Current certification through an approved agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent
  • Active state licensure as required by Arizona law
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex testing and serve as a departmental resource
