Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program — meets CLIA High Complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
- Current certification through an approved agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent
- Active state licensure as required by Arizona law
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex testing and serve as a departmental resource
