Qualifications

  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • TCAR certification required within 12 months of hire or transfer into unit
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module must be completed within 6 months of hire or transfer and maintained thereafter
  • Minimum 1 year of recent critical care experience (within the past 12 months) required
