St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida is recruiting an experienced registered nurse into an Assistant Nursing Manager (ANM) role on the Telemetry unit. This is a full-time, nights position at a 420-bed Level 1 Trauma Center and certified Comprehensive Stroke Center that anchors Palm Beach County's regional referral network. The ANM will coordinate clinical activities across the unit, directly and indirectly supervise telemetry staff, and partner with the broader nursing leadership team to drive patient outcomes and operational performance. Qualifications

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred
  • 2–3 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical setting required; telemetry experience highly relevant
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association required
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate clinical activities across a unit and service line
  • Proven leadership capability including direct and indirect supervision of clinical staff
