Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred
- 2–3 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical setting required; telemetry experience highly relevant
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association required
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate clinical activities across a unit and service line
- Proven leadership capability including direct and indirect supervision of clinical staff
