Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
- Active Florida RN license required
- BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association (required at hire)
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association — required within 30 days of hire or transfer
- PALS certification — required within 30 days of hire or transfer
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification — required within 30 days of hire or transfer
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course): inexperienced nurses must complete within 2 years of hire or transfer; experienced nurses within 1 year of hire or transfer
