Qualifications

  • Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT-eligible pathway)
  • NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
  • Current Tennessee Certified Respiratory Therapist license with ABG Analyst endorsement, or active Tennessee work permit
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Bartlett campus hires must additionally hold NRP-NICU CRT and NRP CRT credentials
  • Demonstrated proficiency with diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory equipment, computer systems, and hand tools
