<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT-eligible pathway)</li> <li>NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential</li> <li>Current Tennessee Certified Respiratory Therapist license with ABG Analyst endorsement, or active Tennessee work permit</li> <li>Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required</li> <li>Bartlett campus hires must additionally hold NRP-NICU CRT and NRP CRT credentials</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency with diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory equipment, computer systems, and hand tools</li> </ul>
