<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of respiratory care required</li> <li>Completion of clinical rotation required at minimum; prior ER and ICU critical care experience strongly aligned with role expectations</li> <li>NBRC Registry (RRT credential) required — must be obtained within 3 months of employment if not already held at time of hire</li> <li>Current CPR certification required — must be obtained within 3 months of employment if not already held</li> <li>Active Texas Department of Health licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner required (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Demonstrated skills in routine respiratory therapy, ER and ICU critical care, airway management, ventilator care, and ABG interpretation across all patient age groups</li> </ul>
