Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
  • Minimum 1–2 years of dialysis or nephrology nursing experience; acute or hospital-based dialysis experience preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certification required — American Heart Association only
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating hemodialysis machines and managing dialysis procedures
  • Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and clinical problem-solving skills; comfort in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  • Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) or Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) designation preferred but not required
