<p>St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida is recruiting an experienced perioperative registered nurse leader for the role of Assistant Nursing Manager (ANM) in the Operating Room. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership position spanning all of surgical services — OR, PACU, and Sterile Processing (SPD) — at a 420-bed Level 1 Trauma Center that is also home to the only dedicated children's hospital between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in an OR, PACU, outpatient, or ambulatory surgical setting</li> <li>Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred</li> <li>Leadership experience preferred</li> <li>BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required at time of hire</li> <li>ACLS and PALS certifications required at hire or must be obtained within 90 days of start date</li> </ul>
