Practice Highlights
- Full-time, day-shift schedule with leadership accountability across all surgical services: OR, PACU, and Sterile Processing Department (SPD)
- Coordinates clinical activities and directs case flow across the entire perioperative continuum; collaborates directly with the house supervisor

- Facilitates patient safety goals and assists with developing and delivering educational in-services across all surgical services areas
- Assists with staff scheduling and serves as a clinical role model supporting evidence-based practice

Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in an OR, PACU, outpatient, or ambulatory surgical setting
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required at time of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications required at hire or must be obtained within 90 days of start date
