Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital — Southern Arizona's longest continually operating hospital, founded in 1880 — is recruiting a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join its nationally recognized Carondelet Heart & Vascular Institute in Tucson, AZ. This role places you at the center of a high-acuity cardiovascular program distinguished for minimally invasive heart and vascular surgery, advanced stroke care, and full STEMI response capability. You will scrub, monitor, and circulate across the full spectrum of invasive cardiac and interventional vascular procedures alongside a collaborative, physician-led team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Associate's Degree in Radiology or equivalent field; completion of a Basic EKG course
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Radiology or equivalent
  • Minimum experience: 6 months in a Cath Lab or Cardiac Intervention Lab setting
  • Preferred experience: 1 year providing cardiac catheterization and radiology care
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • Preferred certification: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
  • Ability to function independently on cardiac alert and STEMI cases
