Qualifications
- Valid, current Arizona RN license required; compact state license accepted with ability to obtain Arizona licensure within 30 days
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association preferred
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications preferred
- No minimum years of prior experience formally required; OR or cardiac surgical nursing background is a strong asset given the open heart specialty focus
