Piedmont Medical Center and the Piedmont Physician Network are recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Internal Medicine practice at a brand-new satellite location in Indian Land, SC — just outside Rock Hill and minutes from Charlotte. This is a full-time, outpatient-only day-shift role embedded within a cohesive team of five physicians and two APPs, focused on chronic disease management, preventive care, and comprehensive adult primary care. Qualifications
- Master's-prepared Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) — NP applicants must hold an active RNP license
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by South Carolina law and facility Medical Staff Bylaws
- Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with facility credentialing requirements
- Minimum three years of clinical experience in an outpatient or internal medicine setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated competency managing chronic and acute conditions in an adult population
- Practice conducted per collaborative agreement and applicable South Carolina state requirements
