About the Community

West Palm Beach sits on Florida's southeastern Atlantic coast, offering year-round sunshine, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and immediate access to world-class beaches. Palm Beach County is one of Florida's most desirable places to live, with highly rated public and private schools, no state income tax, and a cost of living that remains competitive relative to South Florida's coastal markets. Outdoor recreation — boating, fishing, golf, and nature preserves — is woven into everyday life, and Miami and Fort Lauderdale are both within comfortable driving distance for additional cultural and international amenities.
