Practice Highlights
- Full-spectrum specimen processing and testing across all laboratory disciplines

- Acts as a senior resource and subject-matter expert for other laboratory personnel
- Extended responsibilities available in billing and inventory management, equipment selection, validation, and implementation

- Participation in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program required
- Minimum two years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
- Current registration with an approved certifying agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent
- State licensure as required by Arizona law
- Education and credentials must satisfy CLIA high-complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489, January 24, 2003)
