<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA High Complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician</li> <li>Current certification through an approved certifying agency — ASCP, AMT, or equivalent</li> <li>Active Tennessee state licensure or eligibility to obtain, as required by state law</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in instrumentation troubleshooting, maintenance, and advanced operational duties</li> </ul>
