Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA High Complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
- Current certification through an approved certifying agency — ASCP, AMT, or equivalent
- Active Tennessee state licensure or eligibility to obtain, as required by state law
- Demonstrated proficiency in instrumentation troubleshooting, maintenance, and advanced operational duties
