Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum
  • Valid permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a South Carolina Multi-State RN License within 30 days of hire
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within the orientation period
  • Additional unit-specific certifications (CV/critical care relevant) required within the orientation period
  • 2–3 years of acute care or comparable clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred
