This is a full-time, onsite role headquartered at Abrazo Central Campus with regular travel to affiliated hospitals throughout the Phoenix metro. Practice Highlights

- Full administrative ownership of Sectra PACS: configuration, user management, workflow optimization, system monitoring, and storage management
- Critical results reporting administration via Primordial, ensuring compliance with communication and documentation standards (ACR, Joint Commission, HIPAA)
- PowerScribe 360 (PS360) administration including user profiles, speech recognition performance tuning, template management, and interface connections
- Cardiology imaging support spanning CVIS, echocardiography systems, cath lab applications, modality workstations, and structured reporting tools
- DICOM configuration, HL7 interface troubleshooting, and integration management between imaging platforms, EMR (Cerner/Epic environment), and enterprise systems
- Modality worklist management, acquisition routing, image storage troubleshooting, and exam lifecycle oversight across all imaging modalities
- Workflow analysis for radiology and cardiology departments with a mandate to reduce turnaround time and improve clinician experience
- Coordination of software upgrades, patches, and vendor maintenance windows in partnership with internal IS teams
- Participation in on-call rotations, incident response, and downtime planning across all imaging systems
- Governance responsibilities including audit log maintenance, user access reviews, and data retention policy enforcement in accordance with corporate IT security standards
- Training delivery and documentation development for radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, and clinical staff on all imaging applications
- Liaison role between clinical departments and technical/vendor support teams for all imaging-related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Imaging Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in imaging informatics or PACS administration within a healthcare setting
- Direct, working experience with Sectra PACS, Primordial (Critical Results Management), and PowerScribe 360 (PS360) is required
- Hands-on experience with cardiology imaging systems including CVIS, echocardiography platforms, cath lab applications, and structured reporting tools
- Strong working knowledge of DICOM standards, HL7 interfaces, imaging modality connectivity, and clinical imaging workflows
- Preferred: experience supporting enterprise imaging across a multi-facility market; vendor certifications in Sectra, Nuance/PS360, or cardiology applications; EMR integration experience (Cerner or Epic); cybersecurity best practices for imaging systems; project management or system implementation background
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check; valid driver's license required for market-wide travel
