Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, a 199-bed acute care hospital and cornerstone of the largest health care network in Palm Beach County, is recruiting a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its ICU Stepdown unit. This is a high-acuity role at a facility with a 50-year legacy of clinical leadership — the first hospital in Palm Beach County to perform open-heart surgery and a recognized regional leader in cardiac, stroke, and neurosurgical care. Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, paid over 24 months.

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN state license required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire — must be through the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire or transfer date — American Heart Association only
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer date
