Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy required
- Active Tennessee Pharmacy license required (or eligibility to obtain)
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required for direct patient care responsibilities
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP), or equivalent specialty certification preferred
