Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required at time of hire
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment or transfer
  • Completion of a Basic EKG Course required (timeline consistent with onboarding expectations)
  • Minimum experience of 0 to less than 6 months — new graduates with ICU interest are eligible to apply
  • Demonstrated or developing leadership skills in a clinical nursing context
