Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional clinical or health IT education preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in a clinical hospital setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflow and the ability to integrate technology solutions into active clinical practice
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced provider-facing environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills — credibility and professionalism with physician audiences is essential
