About the Community

Worcester is Massachusetts' second-largest city, offering a compelling mix of urban amenities and New England livability at a cost of living well below Boston — located just 45 miles to the east. The city is home to a robust academic and healthcare ecosystem, a thriving arts and restaurant scene, and easy access to outdoor recreation throughout the Worcester Hills and the broader central Massachusetts landscape. Families benefit from strong public and private school options, and the region's four-season climate, proximity to major highways, and direct commuter rail service to Boston make Worcester an attractive base for healthcare professionals seeking career depth without the cost or pace of a major metro.
