Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school required; MSN or master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role
- Current CPR certification required
- Demonstrated hospital operational ability and proven leadership capability across multi-unit clinical environments
