Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Current CPR certification required; ACLS required upon completion of orientation for ICU
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience preferred; ICU-specific experience strongly advantageous
- Certification in critical care specialty area of practice preferred
- Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills; proficiency with basic clinical computing systems
- Ability to perform in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment with periods of elevated clinical demand
