<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required</li> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Current CPR certification required; ACLS required upon completion of orientation for ICU</li> <li>Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience preferred; ICU-specific experience strongly advantageous</li> <li>Certification in critical care specialty area of practice preferred</li> <li>Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills; proficiency with basic clinical computing systems</li> <li>Ability to perform in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment with periods of elevated clinical demand</li> </ul>
