Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related health science specialty required; Master's degree in allied health, health administration, or business preferred
- Must meet CLIA requirements for General Supervisor designation
- Minimum five years of progressive management experience in an acute care facility required; prior Laboratory Director experience preferred
- Current registration with an approved certifying agency required — ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent
- State licensure as required by Texas law
