<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred</li> <li>Active Texas State Registered Nurse license required at time of hire</li> <li>No prior experience required; two years of acute care experience preferred — specifically med/surg, telemetry, or ICU background</li> <li>Active Healthcare Provider BLS certification (ARC or AHA) required on hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days if not already AHA-issued</li> <li>AHA ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire or transfer into the Telemetry role; should be completed before the end of the orientation period</li> </ul>
