<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum</li> <li>No prior experience required — new graduates are eligible</li> <li>Valid permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a compact RN license from another compact state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association ACLS and PALS certifications required; must be obtained within the orientation period</li> </ul>
