Qualifications
- Active, current Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee (or state of residence/practice)
- Minimum: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school plus a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or a BSN; MSN preferred
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in the OR setting, in a hospital environment, as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire
- Demonstrated leadership ability and hospital operational competency
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead, develop, and advocate for clinical staff
