<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active, current Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee (or state of residence/practice)</li> <li>Minimum: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school plus a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or a BSN; MSN preferred</li> <li>At least 2 years of progressive management experience in the OR setting, in a hospital environment, as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership ability and hospital operational competency</li> <li>Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead, develop, and advocate for clinical staff</li> </ul>
