Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; additional nursing education a plus
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; compact-state license holders must obtain Multi-State licensure within 30 days of hire
- Cardiac monitor experience or completion of an EKG course required
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- American Heart Association ACLS and PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certification required — must be completed within the orientation period
- One year of acute care, critical care, or emergency department experience preferred
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and/or CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred
